Balance reduced

Dear sir,

I Mr. Prem sutar, user of Airtel service provider since many years, my no. is 9890340320 i din't had any problem. But since last many days my balance is getting reduced after one day when i recharge, the maximum balance is reduced, before i had same problem from AD-543210 that is stoped when i complained and now this new problem of without any notifications, please do something about it, thank you..
