I Gitesh Hulke is user of airtel no.9860202349, would like to complain about the money being deducted from my pre-paid connection at random. Since last 8-9 days, Rs.1 is being deducted daily. In spite of repeated complaints to airtel, they are avoiding the issue or give vague replies.
It is disheartening to know money is deducted unknowingly and we consumers are being made a scapegoat. Just because we don't bother to check due to our pre-occupations, companies like airtel are taking advantage of vulnerable consumers and making money.
The modus operandi is such that they come out with various schemes and the money gets deducted without the consumers subscribing to such schemes. Calling airtel call centre is futile as they cut the call immediately when they come to know about this issue. The common man is not powerful in terms of money like bharati airtel, but his voice can be powerful enough to bring big organizations down. And airtel needs to be told that.
I hope this forum looks into seriously and save many consumers from losing their hard earned money unknowingly.
