Sir on 3.3. 99rs was deducted from my account from mobile no 9898847379. When i called customer care they told me that i had activated hungama wap content which actually i havent activated. They told me that i had activated hungama wap content by browsin Airtel Live which i havent opened and they also told me that the money will not be refunded to my account and they are forcing me to accept that i had activated the service. I got a message that 'Thanks for using Pack Purchase subscription service from Airtel. You have been charged Rs 99." So it is my humble request you to sort out my problem. Thank You
