Activation of VAS without requesting
I have a pre-paid mobile (9679059300) connection provided by Airtel. The service provider has activated Airtel Gyan Pack service on my mobile connection and debited Rs.14/- till date even when I did not ask for its activation. It is unfair by the service to activate any service without consumer asking for it. Please arrange to DEACTIVATE it immediately & REFILL the deducted amount at the earliest.
