The airtel services have deducted my balance without any prior information... and the customer care service simply fails to find a solution to this problem. I am tired of calling the customer care because it offers no response to my problem..!!!
the airtel service provider is causing great problem as they have deducted my balance for more than 10 times (my number is 8894369462) and have failed to refund the same.
I request the Consumer complaint forum to kindly help me to get my balance refunded.
PS: the customer care services are meant for the customer's help... and the so called airtel network for the easy use of the customer... so kindly gear up now... and look through your idiotic nonsense... its high time now... nobody can take this nonsense that you guys are deducting our balance for your idiotic schemes and hello tunes...!!!
