Very bad service

I have airtel prepaid connection for almost 5 Years. The service is getting bad day by day. Recently i recharged for 1 day GPRS pack and upgraded the pack to monthly pack. Airtel had been deducting the money from my main balance. I don't understand why they reduce money from my main balance when i have an internet pack. When i called them they keep saying our system is down for almost 12 hours. I called them twice. When i called them again i am not able to connect. Hope they had blocked my No. This is a very bad attitude towards customer. I am planning get rid this connection after 5yrs. Thank god we have mobile portability. My no is 9994252077.
