Duduction without any reason

My mobile number is 9561283030. I had recharged with sms pack of rs 67 on 09/01 at 10.32 am. Even I got the recharge successful msg in my inbox but they were saying there is no such recharge activation. And I have not get any benefits. After 20 days I had recharged with same pack by paper voucher. I got the benefits. But at the same time they deducted 30 rs frm my balance.

And very recently on 14 mar in the after noon they deducted 136 rs frm my account On same that i got msg that i hav registered with hungama.com.. i hav not registered anywhere .. they send me a password also for feature reference but i have not log in yet. They said that u had subscribed three new service. But I have not used anything still they charged me. I recharged with 3o rs and I had deactivated there service still they deducted 15 rs. Frm my account again. My balance became zero after that again I recharged with 30 rs. Next day they again deducted 6 rs from my account my balance became zero I was really fed up... I was just about to change my service provider at this stage there senior cse deposited in my account I was sure they will deducted it again... today on 19 th march they again deducted last 3 rs from my account... I was planning to not keep any balance in my cell... but as I am studying in pune... my big brother recharged my account with 295 . I was simply shouting on him... why he DID... as I was damn sure... they deducted 99 rs from my account I DID not touch my cell since afternoon... I called one of my friend and after 2 mins call they are simply showing my balance only 194 rs... I called 2 customer care... I talk with their executive she was saying u had downloaded something frm airtel live... we can not refund you... and she disconnected

.After that I talk with their senior executive but call has disconnected by them. Again I called I told that guy plz transfer the call to senior... he put me on hold after and call get disconnected. And now I am not able to call them again.

I am fed up with their behavior so plz do something and take a serious action before they will deduct any more balance from my account... if you are able to solve this problem plz do something I am really thankful to you
