My Airtel Mobile Number is 9004928293 and I had received 7 messages from airtel telling that i have received 100 MB free 3g balance from airtel but when i check my balance after every message there is no more 3g balance credited in my account.
And after I consumed 100 MB of my 3g balance which i was already having with validity up-to 31st March then I received a message from airtel confirming that my 3g speed has been reduced to only 20 kbps due to total consuption of free 3g balance.
When I contacted costumer care (121) they said call 198 and when I call 198 they said call 121.
