I was using an vodafone number from a long time. On last December I got my number port from vodafone to airel and before porting i submitted my mothers voter id for address and id proof. after switching to airtel, they asked me to submit the address and id proof. I did submit it thrice after switching to airtel.
after that everything went fine.
Last month i, e on Feb 13th they disconnected the service. when I enquired, they reasoned that the address and id proof that is provided has not been accepted.later when I demand for the service, they said that the number I was using cannot be provided. And for further details you to contact the vodafone centre. when I contact the vodafone centre they said, we can't do anything in this, sorry.
Totally I lost my number and lost my contacts with others.
please try to help me out in solving this and help me in getting my number back
