Customer care dissappoints

This is in response to Airtel's horrible customer care service (which they now call Platinum care).

Airtel is troubling many of the customers with its wrong billing for postpaid customers and unnecessary balance deductions for prepaid customers.

The prepaid customers are experiencing deduction in their balance for the services which are activated by airtel itself and not by the customers, there is daly deduction for for many services which are not even shown active on mobile when we try to stop any such services. When we try to contact customer care there is noone at other side to answer our calls... if they answer our call after hours or sometimes even days of calling them, they say that we have been using some services... but how are these services shown on their server if they are not shown on our mobile phones?? this means there is some internal problem with the servers or this is some cheap trick used by Airtel to take money from its customers. How is it that airtel could see such services activated and person actually using the mobile cant see it active on their cell phones? what is the use of such service of being there in the first place...

Airtels customer care is adding to customers didsatisfaction day by day.

IS THIS ETHICAL WAY???

IS THIS THE WAY FOR A COMPANY TO GROW... SPECIALLY FOR A COMPANY WHICH PROVIDES SERVICES AND CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE IS THE ONLY WAY SUCH COMPANY COULD GROW WITH???

MANY PEOPLE ARE HAVING PROBLEMS LIKE THIS BUT THEY DONT KNOW WHERE TO RAISE VOICE AGAINST THIS...
