Automated calls from Airtel

This is to inform that Airtel was deducting Rs.1 daily for the past 1 year from my mother-in-laws number without our knowledge. Last week we had some doubts that the balance in the prepaid mobile is reducing quickly. Today I called the customer care and inquired about it. They said that its been deducted for the past 1 year. They also mentioned that she might have received a automated call from Airtel and she pressed some number as per the request in the automated message.

THIS IS REALLY NOT FAIR

Is India a complete 100% educated country?

Here in India 50% of them are illiterates and my mother-in-law also included in that. We gave her a mobile just because she is aged and for emergency contact purpose as we both are living at different places.

But the telecommunication companies are misusing this.

I have the recorded conversation of Airtel customer care for proof, but unable to attach with this.

Please, Please, Please take steps to stop these type of calls and save the people of India.

Note: Reaching Airtel customer care is very hard and it will take nearly 20-30 mins
