I recharged my No with 200/- for talk time but after recharge when i called up at one place and i came to know that my all amount has been deducted. then again i called up at call centre then agent told me that this recharge is for GPRS activation and for talk time it is of Rs 201/- and before recharging my account i have already called to call centre and agent told me that we have only Rs 50, 101, 200 & 441 for talk time & dealer told us you will get the talk time in Rs 200 recharge. and after this wrong deduction i called to call centre then another agent told me that we have Rs 201 top up in which you will get the talk time.
Now pl tell me every person is giving different information and i don't know who is giving me correct information.
My 200Rs got lost due to this wrong information which is giving by your agent & dealer.
pl return my money back or else i am going to left this No.
