Dear All,
Airtel is activating unwanted services to my no. 7387413120. like "Home care tips". this is 3rd time when they have activated it.
I never have subscribed to any such service. they keep charging Rs. 1 per day.
I tried to contact their customer care but they say that I have activated it. which i have not done.
last time i complained about the same, they reverted some money back.
But, this has become their practice activating services without any approval.
by the time you notice your balance deducting, you have already lost a lot of money.
Above all, they have made contacting costumer care a paid service deducting money. now if i argue with them they revert back the subscription money and deduct Customer care charges. in any case you will be charged.
plz help how to deal with this. Its totally unethical and bad practice.
