I ported my mobile number 9947849802 from BSNL which was the best to the most poorest service provider AIRTEL. My porting got active on 21st march and i was able to make calls through airtel, airtel donated me a balance of Rs.5/- on the active porting date. Later i tried to recharge my phone using various denominations through Flexi recharge and card recharge but both of them were unsucessfull. I started calling the customer care from 24th march till today, every time i call the customer care they were pleased to take my complaint and also they were feeling very sorry for the problem that had happenned to me. Every day i call customer care they gave me a maximum day and time (most probably next day) to solve my problem and to arrange a call back. I am very glad to hear the server of sirtel was always so slow that I had to spend around 3/- calling from customer care, i had spend around 30/- by complaining the problem from other mobiles by calling customer care. My balance of Rs.5 is now 0/- only after speaking to the customer care. Every day i call customer care and say them that i had complaint it last day, they responded that they can't see any complaint. Its been around 15 days and the ******* customer care had not yet arranged a call back after speaking thrice to the senior department in customer care.
I AM REALLY FEELING VERY SAD! I REALLY MISS MY BSNL.
