No proper information 3G plan

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am facing a problem against 3G plan. On activation time according to customer care executive, " If you will take Rs.200/- plan getting 500MB data free for a month", but my final bill showing complete charges using 3G gprs service. On 16-Jan.2012 to 29-Jan.2012 this period activate this service my number during this period, I have no use 500 MB data according to me.

Now according to customer care executive, "you will get only 166MB data in Rs.200/- in this using period, It can be right according to you but, On activation time no complete information provide from customer care executive to me.

So I request you to please solve this problem as soon as possible and beware this extra charges.
