Fake bills by Airtel

Dear Sir/Madam,

I was using a post paid number 8826720888 of Airtel and was also receiving the billing details by Airtel however the details sent every month was only 9 - 10 % of the total bill.

After using the number for few months I realized that the total bill was much more then my actual usage, I then contacted the customer care department and requested for the itemized bill (detailed) however I didn't got any response.

I spoke to several customer care executives and every agent told me different details, some told me that there were roaming charged when I asked for details as when then they said this was a mistake by an agent and you were not on roaming, other agent told me that your bill was 1200 however the bill I received was for 800 (approx). Due to all these fake details I decided to stop the payment of all outstanding bills until I received the full details.

In between I was continuously chasing for the detailed bill so that I can make payment however got no response from Airtel. After chasing the bill for few months I received the itemized bill and found overcharges in it as interned usage for 290 and late payment for 75 (although I was requesting the bill so that I can pay the amount). I then asked for which type of internet usage this was then the told me that it was wrongly charged and they reversed the amount.

After this I requested for the billing details of every month so that I can check how much I wrongly paid to Airtel however the company now disagree to send the itemized bills and disconnected my number due to which I suffered lot of inconvenience and lost my contacts.

I was also using another post paid number with Airtel 8826710888 and found the same problem in it and also company treated me in same manner (as they did with number (8826720888).

And now again when I asked for a hard copy of detailed bills, they threatened me with the name of recovery and sent notice.

Now I strongly believe that Airtel has charged me a lot more then my usage and most part of the bill is fake that is why they always disagree to sent detailed bill.

I need correct bill with details for outstanding balance with reversal of all the fake charges for all months that have been charged on my account till yet and also I need detailed bills with all charges for all the months of my usage of both the numbers 8826710888 & 8826720888.

I want compensation for the inconvenience that I have suffered due to all these unlawful activities by Airtel.
