Greviance :- Disconnection of Phone no. 8003224466 inspite of regular payments.
Dear Sir,
I have an serious complaint regarding disconnection of my above postpaid no. with you without any reason or intimation inspite of regular payments. In the march, I received a bill o/s 456.46, for the same I deposited Rs. 500/- on 14/03 by acknowledge no. 1193238843. After few days my above phone is disconnected automatically without any intimation.
I just want to know the reason behind the same. I had many business connections on that number.By this way, I had to bear very high business loss even social loss.
Kindly get update all this at my above mentioned BSNL no. or my email id [email protected].
