Permanent Disconnection (MNP)

I had a 5 years vodafone postpaid connection that was ported to AIRTEL on 17th of march. I submitted all the necessary documents. On 3rd of april my number got deactivated due to non-submission of the documents as said by the Airtel outlet official's. I submitted the documents again but nothing was done in this regard, they once again told me for the submission of the documents. I submitted my documents thrice at the Airtel outel. After so much of hustle my number got activated and that process took a week. Now, on 3rd of may my number got permanently disconnected and when I spoke to a Nodal officer, he told me it was due to the non-submission of the documents and nothing can be done in this regard. But according to the Airtel outlet, they have forwarded all my documents to the desired Airtel authority. I have also spoke with the officials at the Airtel Appellate office but in vain. None helped me out. I'm suffering a lot becauses of this unnecessary harassment. I hope you will look into this and make the best out of this.
