Airtel frnz chat and regarding customer care

This the worst network and the response from the customer care people is really horrible. When they don't have the answer they simply say that they will transfer the call to supervisor and will keep us on hold for such a time that we will get fed up and disconnect the call.

A call from my mobile was mistakenly made to airtel frnz chat, i recognized it and disconnected the call in few min (may be 2min or so). After few hours like 6 hrs later i got a message that airtel frnz was activated and my balance was deducted.

I made a call to the customer care and said her what had happened, the reply from her was " Since you made a call it will get activated directly"

I asked her that i haven't pressed any options for activating how could it get activated. She said" If u make a call it gets activated" (even for small things they give 10 options press this, press that etc) I said its a ridiculous answer and it cant be done with out any acceptance from me. She said she will transfer the call and she kept me on hold for nearly 10 min that i got impatient and disconnected the call. I again gave a try and i said the whole thing to other person, for which his reply is the word " SORRY" which now a days doesn't have value.

This is how they react to customers.

Please don't take this network. It just robs people. I am experiencing it second time.

Never gonna take it Again. Isn't there anyway to make these people behave more responsibly???
