Money detacted for unnecessary things

Dear Sir/Madm

I hav activated caller tune for the above no for present 1 year...

But frequently my caller tune is not play while others calling me...

But they charged every month for my caller tune...

I copmlaint this issue to 198 for every month twice but no one provide me the permanet solution for this...

You have to go with my complaints and refer how many complaints given me for this solution...

Last week also they charged 5 rs for caller tune for 5 days...

My actual monthly rental cost for call tune is 10 rs only

With out any intimation they charged 5 rs for 5 days...

Need a proper explanation for this...
