We never receive bills. We have filed so many complaints that we do not receive our bills but no action is taken in this regard. We just keep getting calls that we have not submitted our bills again and again wasting our time and each time we have to tell them that how can we pay the bills which we haven't received. This happens every month. Not only this, last month we filed a request to have an extension and they lodged our request but no representative of the company came. The company also adds penalty for paying bills late for which we have no fault or control. Their service is really bad and we are suffering every month.
