I have got an service pack which was 3g plan according to which i should have got 3 gb of data usage .but with in 10 days of bill cycle airtel have sent me bill of 5000 rupees .thought they commited that after finishing the pack my internet usage will be free ..

they have not even informed me whether my pack has finished and i am been charged for the internet usage ..

customer should be informed by mesage whether the service which we are using have ende or is been charged .there is no way t check the data or actual bill of the number we are using
