Wrong bill calculation

Dear Team,

I am currently using airtel postpaid corporate number 9958887451. I was having free data usage of 2 GB per month. Mt free data usage was going to expire on 25 may midnight and my billing cycle also ends on 25 may.BY which I should have privilege of free data usage till 25 may mid night. On 28 may I have received my airtel bill on mail for the time period of 26 April to 25 may which consist of data usage till 25 may which is not in discount. My total data usage till 25 may is of 0.49GB which is very much less than 2 GB . On 23 may noon 14:49 I have received a MS from 121 of aitel that my 2GB free data usage is going to expire after 3 days that means it is going to expire on 26 may or I can say 25 may mid night, but in my bill airtel have calculated amount for the day of 25 may also.

For the above issue I have reported to airtel call center and airtel 198 have noted my compliant on 28 may the SR number is 43877747.

But today when I called again to airtel call center, they told me that your bill can not be redeemed because your free data usage was expired on 24 may and we cannot do anything. I spoke to wing leader of call center also but the same reply I received again.

Now I want to know how I have received a sms from 121 that my free data usage is going to expire after 3 days that will on 25 may Midnight. I want you to take action and provide the rectified bill.
