I have send mail as below: Till now nothing happen from Airtel, Billed more than used and agreed for Aritel datacard
Bill from airtel showing Rs.4462.(and showing as crossed 5 gb)
As per the check usage option in the airtel data card software the usage is
4879.49 MB (Which is less than 5GB),
this was already discussed with the airtel customer care representative on
7th feb and I was asked by representative not use beyond this usage as bill will be generated on next day,
So stopped using data card till today and the same usage of 4879.49 MB is
confirmed by airtel Representative on the 7th feb
I have take screenshots of 8th, 10th with 11th Feb with the usage of 4879.49 (Not crossed 5 gb as agreed) MB for reference. Please refer to the attachment below,
Unfortunately we can only get the usage details in System and not the bill details
So please correct my bill as per the Corporate plan 5GB with Rs 750
How do to handle this situation
