Wrong tariff plan

Hello,

I am using the Air-tel Prepaid Sim card (9717416890) and right from the day i have taken the Sim i was charged the amt 1p per sec. Last month i took the plan in which i was offered 800 mins if i pay the amount of 197 Rupees but when the plan was expired the plan that i was put on it was a different plan. I have to pay the amount of 28 Rupees to get the same plan which i was never informed. I spoke to customer service and the first advisor said he cannot help me and also cannot make me talk to his supervisor, second advisor disconnected the call and the third advisor passed the call to the supervisor after holding the line for 20 mins. I was charged the amount of 9.50 Rupees and the compensation that i was offered it was 5 Rupees. The supervisor said has raised a complain and i will get the call from the complaints department which was not made. The ad visors of CS was rude.
