Deactivation of pre paid sim card

I purchased a pre paid sim card (mobile number 7897036795) on 10th may from The Mobile Store, munshipullia, lucknow. I used it til 08 June

morning. Suddenly the sim card stopped working and on calling it showed not registered on network. On enquiry to customer care they told that there is no information about this SIM except that it is not connected to switch. On enquiry to Airtel office no body is clearly telling why sim is blocked.someone is aying that my document were not sent by dealer though I deposited my passport photocopy and photograph at the time of activation. Airtel C.R.E is saying that I missed the verification call that is why my sim is blocked. I might have missed some call when it was on odd timing as I might be driving or taking bath at that time. Though once I had received one call in which they confirmed my address and my father's name.

Now they are again saying to submit all the documents to give duplicate SIM.I would be losing my Rs421 balance and 740MB 3G internet which was balanced at the time of deactivation.

Kindly help me so that I can get again same number and I may not lose my balance money.
