Airtel has certain budget on advertisement it seems. They give the add that we have these all are plan, when we approach them they say that there is no port available in your area. Sorry for the inconvienance. These are the standard statement used by the customer care team.
I guess by getting the call to the customer care number they are increasing the revinew of their mobile service. But as the customer we are reaching them for utilizing the technology efficiently. We are spending our precious time but they dont bother about it.
Since they are grown in the market they dont worry about the customer needs. Again Worst service from Aritel.
Note: I have used Aritel Broadband in my earlier house and they were not able to transfer to my new house. The number which I used was given to some one else.
