Change in plan and poor customer care services

I am having two airtel prepaid connections, 9997755779 & 9897685856 respectively. The call tariff on both of these numbers was 1.2 paise per second On 27th march my plan changed to 60 paise per second itself on both the numbers. I talked to customer care number of times but never never got convinced. Most of the times the call was disconnect from their side. Three times I have applied for portability, in turn I always receive a call from airtel, convincing me that the plan of 1.2 paise will be activated within 72 hours. Even I received a confirmation message of the same. But till now problem persists.

On 16th June customer care people told me that by recharge of Rs. 5 my plan will change to 1.2 paise per second, I got the recharge done. After it the tariff changed to 2 paise per second to local mobile and 2.5 paise per second to STD mobile, which is again high.

I am highly unconvinced from the services of airtel.
