I'd done a recharge of Rs1000 based on the information airtel provided in their website.

But only after doing the recharge I came to know that it was an Iphone offer which was not needed for me.

I was going for a trip that I needed the balance urgently. I called their customer support and raised the issue. But they said they cant do anything. Atlast I forced them to connect the call to their team leader. He returned me the amount of Rs.150 then itself after a fight for half an hour and promised me to get back the rest of the balance before 10:00am next day. I waited till next day, but didnot get the amount. I went to their office and they pointed to a telephone and asked me to call customer care again. Again after three hours of struggle and fight they said I have to wait till 8:00pm.

After getting back home, i tried calling them but they didnot connect to customer care. Till now I didnot get the solution of the problem.

They are thinking that we customers are fools that we donot understand the drama they are playing their. It is the worst service provider.
