Deactivate incoming n outgoing calls

Dear Sir,

actually i am using BSNL Number (919490212689), But one month back i applied for portability from bsnl to airtel. I submit proofs at that time and also once again submit proofs at ameerpet airtel office in hyderabad, but until now not activated the incoming n outgoing calls Why???Please activate my sim card as soon as possible.
