My name is Kiran. I purchased new samsung Galaxy Y Mobile on May. During purchase of samsung Galaxy Y mobile i saw an offer on mobile box is that "Free Facebook for 12 months". This offer is available on New airtel prepaid connection with new Samsung Mobile. I have also purchase new airtel prepaid connection. But till now i am not getting "Facebook" this offer benefit. I have also spoke to the customer service executive of airtel but they could not take any solution on my complaint. They told me this type of offer is not available on your connection. I also went to the airtel gallary which is located at Mulund (W). But they told next month will get you this offer on June. But till now i can't get this offer's benefit. Please accept my request & take action fast.
