Failure of prepaid mobile sim registration

Sir,

I am airtel prepaid user and my airtel No is 9973369857. Before purchasing SIM card I have already given my Voter ID card Card and two photographs and landline bill copy for residence proof. The same has been sent to Airtel Registration Office. I have also used the above No from June 10th to June 17th. After that telephone was disconnected and when contacted with customer care they have verified the document submitted by me over telephone on 25th June'2012 and they have informed that it will be operational after 12 hrs and the same became operational on 26th June'2012. But after 3 days it again stopped working showinf failure of sim registration. On 9th July'2012 I have contacted Airtel Bahubazar, Ranchi office and they informed that sim registration failed due to -ve verification. I have again submitted my PAN card xopy and copy ID card issued by Employer. I have faced a lot of problem due to non functioning of the above number. Please direct airtel to activate my number at the earliest.
