In continuation to my last complaint against Airtel. Last time I made cheque payment but after much ado I was informed that due to alteration in cheque it is not being processed. So next day that is 13.07.2012 again a executive comes and this time I pay him in cash to avoid any further dealy in sorting the process.
And can you believe within 5 minutes of that executive leaving I get another call from Airtel. On top of it the executive lied to me saying I am calling from a courier company and what not crap. An on confirmation that I am speaking her first line was - AAPKE NAAM PE PAYMENT DUE HAI AAP PAYMENT KYU NAI KARTI HAIN!!!
I AM TRULY DISGUSTED WITH THE KIND OF APPROACH FROM AIRTEL. If the matter is at senior level then why do I have to get such unsolicited calls from such unskilled executives who leave alone speak in English have no etiquette how to communicate with the other person.
Never expected that a company of such a repute will hire such rude and frivolous people at junior level who are the point of contact for a customer. I ask you how do you expect to retain your customers!!
I just hope my payment will be updated at the earliest and I will never ever again hear from Airtel.
Would like to warn new customers don't go for Airtel if you care 1% about customer service as they treat the customer as shit. I always thought that recordings of customer service BPO are monitored but after this incident which happened over 5-6 times I have lost faith in Airtel and its services.
