Airtel Cheating with zero rental plan

Hi,

I would like to bring to your notice that Airtel has been cheating their customers by activating GPRS or mobile internet by default and they start deduction money. I have been noticing that from my balance 10 paise is being deducted every now and then. When i spoke to customer care, they were not co-operating and speaking in a rude way. I was told that they provided these internet (zero rental plan or whaterver) and GPRS by default and based on my mobile internet setting they deduct it by themselves. This is utter rubbish and cheating by a big telecom service provider. If a customer want to access internet through his mobile network, he would call and activate himself. But NO, these people activate by default and start looting money from his balance. This is open robbery as per me. They should be severely punished for these kind of technical robbery. I was a proud Airtel customer before for the kind of signal and clearity. But now im so dissapointed for their looting techniques.. and the Customer care representative are uncivilized and unethical people. They dont know how to talk and speak to a angry customer. I could have mentioned the name of the representative. But i do not want him to lose his job.. if at all this is being read and actions are taken based on this. ASHAMED to be a AIRTEL CUSTOMER.
