I am using this postpaid number (9959537853) for 2 years. Recently I converted it to prepaid. Documents were also submitted at Splendid Towers, Hyd on 13th July. I even recharged & made calls on this number (9959537853) on 15th July but it is somehow made as free number now. I need this number now either under prepaid or postpaid. Please help.
