Termination of services without prior notice

My name is Vikas Sheth. I have been using airtel prepaid number from last 5 and a half years. Last week suddenly my number was terminated by Airtel without any prior notice/intimation. When I contacted Airtel consumer care center, they initially told me that my number is not in use for a long time hence they have terminated the services. But afterwards they reverted on their stance and then they told me that my identity papers are not proper and hence they have terminated my services. Then I offered to submit my identity papers AGAIN. They told me that you need to submit proof once your number gets activated and that will be done on 3 working days. I have been chasing them from last 6 working days. And as of now nothing has happened. Every time I call their executive, I get a new time from them without any guarantee. Most of the times top executives are not even in the office if you visit its customer care branch, one will find only those executives who does not have any power or authority to say anything in the matter. This is really pathetic response from Airtel, I have not even considered mental harassment they have caused me due to lack of their capabilities to serve a customer.
