My airtel mobile no (9932009932) of 5 years has been deactivated. I went to the local airtel office and they told me that since i did not use the no. for 3 - 4 months since i was out of india. Now they say that the no. has been issued to someone else, but i doubt because the no. is still not in use... So this is what i get after being a 5 year old customer.. I never expected this from AIRTEL.. I want my no. back. The local office is not helping me.
I want answers to my queries.. You should have informed us before deactivating my no. I never got any alert from airtel.
When i purchased this no. it was highly priced as being a premium no. And now AIRTEL has sold it to someone else without any notification. This is absolute fraud and cheating on part of AIRTEL.
