Bill payment

I have been used Airtel postpaid connection. when I request to disconnect the mobile number my bill amount was pending Rs.250/-. Then i paid the Balance and at the meantime My Uncle also pain the bill. So I paid the bill Two times. I Made complaint to Airtel. They also Sent the mail that we will refund the amount with in 60days by cheque. but 6months passed i have not received any response. can I file Court notice on this company. If possible please tell me the procedure.my mobile number 9600008037
