Despite being paid the bill, airtel has disconnected my telephone without informing me. Last bill i received was an amount of Rs. 3165, which was wrong, also accepted by one of air tel representative called Anjali Chaudhary (124-4005900).
Ms. Chaudhary has called me that you have been given a waiver of amount 600/- and accordingly, next day she sent a representative to collect the payment and i gave a cheque of Rs. 2600/ on the same day to air representative.
Finally, my telephone was restored after 5 days of payment and again after 2 days, it was disconnected without any information. When i contacted their executive, i learnt that I have not been given any wavier and so it was disconnected.
I would like to request any senior official of airtel to justify their action, as i am getting disappointed to call their call center representative, who does not have proper information of previous cases, besides, always prove inability to answer customer question.
