Deactivation of sim card

I had applied for porting in my number to airtel on 06/12 but when it dint get transfer even i after a week i visited the airtel office where i had submitted my form. my form was still lying in there drawers somewhere. I took back my form ans submitted it to another airtel office. now one fine day airtel deactivates my sim card without any prior warning saying that I did not submit the documents. but i had attached my election card with the form and secondly will they accept any portabily form without proper documents? i doubt.

after contacting customer care i re submitted my documents to the airtel office on 18/01 and its 23/01 and i m still being told that my documents have not been submitted so my services cant be resumed.

Is it my mistake if airtel's front offices are not working properly. why is customer being harassed and asked to pay for the unprofessional working of airtel front offices.
