Respected Sir,
I have Airtel prepaid services Mob. No 09557763224 ..Recharged on 01/12 with tariff 12 rupees to make all STD calls rate @ Rs 1 for 3 min. trans ID 806427276.
For information, I had talk for 58.30 min yesterday at 10.15 PM and they have charged 38 Rupees for that call.
Today also I had talk for 18 min at 11.20 AM and they have charged 12 Rupees for that call.
Usually according to tariff rates on STD calls they supposed to charge 20 rupee for yesterday's call and 4 Rupees for today's call.
I had talk with Airtel customer care regarding yesterday's call charges and they sent me reference number to my complaint that CBNRA21202546536. But I didn't receive any reimbursement of the money for that extra charges.
And now, today morning onwards I have been trying on the customer care numbers and they are attending my call but they are disconnecting in between without listening to the complaint..
So, This is to inform that please talk to customer when you pick the call...
Resolve the problems when you send requisition reference numbers...
I hope that will get response on this complaint... on call rates and charges accordingly...
Reimburse the amount that you have charged extra as soon as possible...
