Call from Pakistan .. 92 ISD code

Today 09 Aug at 08:04PM received a missed call from Pakistan no : 0923452463254.I missed the call and culd not pick it up. Several time I got call from UNKNOWN number. On my Mobile phone screen the number displays as a UNKNOWN.Whenever I picked up the phone, I didn hear any hing.

Please tell me why I am getting such type of call.
