My mobile number is 9003314067. Mobile model nokia e72. yesterday i have activated 5rs gprs plan (48 hrs plan). while activating gprs, i cleared the packet data log. today i got a msg which says that my usage was 84 mb. balance :00.00mb. and they charged more than 70 rs. my packet data log shows that 5.50 mb (all sent data), 46.86 mb (all received data). totally i have used around 53 mb. I dont know y they charged me 70 rs. i called customer care twice but not getting any valid answer. one guy has asked me to call after one hr. immediately i asked him that, if i call after 1 hr, the time will be around 10 pm. def. u ppl wont attnd my call. but he said that the customer care is for 24 hrs. so they will attn n respond. believing his words i called the CC after 10. even after selecting the valid option the ivr voice simply tells the option *121# to know balance and validity and disconnected. i tried more than 50 times. i want my money back and now i frustrated n plan to change my network. i sent port request to 1900. but my message was failed thrice.i felt that airtel is the Now i need a better solution for this. PLS AIRTEL ATLEAST RESPOND NOW.
