Poor service!

I am a prepaid customer of airtel (West Bengal registration). I had GPRS facility activated on my mobile. On confirmation from the customer care I recharged my account for GPRS facility for roaming in Kerala. When I couldn't access GPRS in Kerala I contacted the customer care in Kerala but got a reply from them of their helplessness in solving my problem. Till date my Gprs remains inactive.
