2nd Open complaint since 8th, Feb. I had a n issue regarding a refund of Rs.300 which was suppose to be adjusted every month. I called up to discuss the same. The agent was good for nothing ..I asked him to escalate the call to his Manager. He said I am not in a mood and my Manager is not in and started misbehaving. With half an hour I started getting call from Punjab (several PCO and mobile numbers) Later I discovered that he was the same agent with whom I spoke to in Airtel. He has been very abusive and threatening on call. He had all my personal data which was against the Data Protection Act.
What are you going to do about it? I haven't heard anything about it till date.
