I had purchased a new airtel simcard from Airtel customer care centre, Chakala, Mumbai on Thursday, 29 July. They told me it would be active by friday, 30 July. However, today its Monday 02 August and it is still not active. I have tried to call customer care and the representative there. However, there is no information available with the customer care.
Personal trips to this shop is difficult as this area is under a flyover construction and has constant traffic jams.
