I am an IBM India Pvt. Ltd. employee based in bangalore. I purchased a new SIM from Airtel with a Postpaid connection and was told about a package called -149 Gati plan_kk with Airtel advantage pack in which I was supposed to get 200 Min local, 200 SMS's free, and Airtel to Airtel STD @ Rs. 0.50/min. Since Day1 Airtel has activated wrong plans and even after my repeated requests and complaints they have not done anything about it. Since the day of activation 3-4 incorrect plans have been activated and the bill that I have got has been calculated according to all those incorrect plans.

I am not willing to pay my outstandings until the bills are revised and the correct bill plan is activated. Also when the new bill is generated I want an Airtel representative to visit and explain to me the entire itemized bill and how it has been calculated.

This has now gone beyond Airtel's We don't care attitude to a level of Harrasment. I want some serious action to be taken against them.
