Airtel Post Paid
Wrongly Charged

Hi

I would like to bring in to your kind notice that, i am using airtel post paid connection for more than 4 years now, number is 9997030203. i was told that after activating value added service, i will be charged 2.99 rupees per minute for outgoing ISD. Nobody has informed me that this will not be applicable if the number is in roaming . i activated this service on my number when i was in roaming still airtel executive had not responded correctly about the charges. It is requested to do the needful in this reagrd. i want to end this connection and already paid part payment as well which was justified.
