Don't ever recharge your Airtel prepaid number through net!!!

There actually seems to be serious problem with Airtel and its services. Such pathetic service!!

on 1st September between 11.30pm and 12.00 i recharged my prepaid mobile phone through the net with an amount of Rs 500/- . Today is 4th of september and i am yet to get the amount added to my account a delay of one day is understandable but this is the ultimate now. I can vouch for this kind of sloppy service provided by Airtel cos i had a land line connection also from the same providers "AIRTEL". we paid one months telephone bill through the internet and after about a week i got a call from their customer care saying that my bill amount was pending. When i gave them the details of the payment they asked me to pay the bill once again till the problem is rectified. Out of options we did pay the amount again. The next month a lady from the customer care calls and says that the amount we had paid through the net is deposited with their finance department. We had to call up umpteen times to get it diverted to the current months bill. Don't ever pay your airtel phone bills or recharge your airtel prepaid number through the internet.

Those guys don't know head to tail of what the hell is happening with the customers money.we had all the proof from the bank stating that the amount had been sent from the bank to Airtel and all the goof up was on their part...

Sp people please beware of "airtel"
