Ooh - this is new way i cheated by Airtel -- dont know why they doing all this nonsences -- can god cas save them -
this is Hari (8861636336) from bangalore. i have activated GPRS monthly pack (2GB free for month and even i just use 0.5 GB of data). on Jan 24 my balance was 121 rupes and next day morning on Jan 25 the balance was 80 rupes (by 6AM) - contacted the customer care made the complaint - some times they said the amout not deducted from my accout - some time they say its deducted due to some reasons after some times the amount getting back -- lot of reasons i hear -- made a complaint on Consumer Complaints forum tooo &

after a week on 5th Feb i got a call from Airtel Global customer care (person name: Manoj mobile no: 91 9717894317) he said he will be calling back to me on monday (that is 7th Feb) then will short this issue.
i was waiting for the call - Moday -- nocall & Tuesday -- no call &-
I have decided to use number fortability to move other netwrok - any network other than Airtel (because this is not first time i am facing the issues - ) - i have finished all my amount & now my balance is 0.00&
- Yeah Wednesday after noon i got a call from the same no and person, he said he will be going to adding some 40/- into my account, and he ask me to check my balance after 1 hour or soo &- balance did not came to me even after a day or two - called on the same no he said he will check the status and calling back to me &- no call - called again &

some one picked the call (i am sure i am talkign to same person) and he said his name too Manoj and the actual Manoj went for tea and call me back he said & i called again aftet Two hours same Manoj lifts the call and say ing he did not back yet from the tea (why they cheating like this)
== i am sure i was talking to the same person the by - the both manojs are only one because that person using "rright" prefixing every sentence in his talks - this made me to guess both manojs are same..
i called them several times -- on 17 Feb i called and asked them about my amount - they said (Manoj only on 91 9717894317) they already credited amount but that amount not adding to my account my be some technicall reasons - they checked and called me back (Manoj only on 91 9717894317) and asked me to check my balance after 15 minutes -- i was waited for 3 hours and called agian on (Manoj only on 91 9717894317) he said the amout will be crediting after 72 hours (what a comedy they do)
even after 22 days of i last amount they need 72 hours more to add my amount back & IMP: i last 40 rupes unneccessary but i spent more than 50 rupes to talk custmercare peoples &
if i am superstition person i will blast all the Airtel through out the nation -- i think i am not just one suffering with all this blady network provider - all the nation is suffering --
some one will take the acction to solve all this issues -- my be god -- that day will come soon... like 2G spectram :)
